Attorney Chris Geidner thinks that Ted Olson is unlikely to oppose a motion to intervene by three gay rights groups in the Perry case. Linking to a transcript of the hearing on July 2nd, he claims (rather oddly) that Judge Walker is "understating the impact of his factual findings on the way this case will come before the Ninth Circuit and, possibly, the U.S. Supreme Court."
