D.C. Attorney General asks D.C. Superior Court to dismiss lawsuit over proposed initiative to ban same-sex marriage

The D.C. Attorney General has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint in [Jackson v. District of Columbia Board of Elections and Ethics, No. 0008613-09 (D.C. Super.
